I love Spain, and have visited five times over the past 10 years. Each visit has left me longing to return. I adore the warm and friendly Spaniards, their carefree lifestyle, their savory mediterranean dishes, their history with its ties to the New World and their vivacious culture. A couple of weeks’ vacation here and there have left me longing for a way to stay longer for a richer and more authentic experience. Here’s how I got here and my experience so far.
